Absolutely awful experience. I paid a large down payment for engineering drawings that were never delivered. The owner was completely incompetent, missed every deadline, and constantly made excuses. She promised a licensed engineer was working on the project, but I never had any contact with this person ? it became clear the engineer was never actually involved. After months of delays and no progress, I asked for a refund, which she flat-out refused. I was forced to take her to court, where I won the case and was awarded a refund. Even after a legal judgment, she still hasn?t paid me. She shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no integrity. All the negative reviews I saw before hiring her were spot-on ? I just wish I had listened. She takes people?s money, delivers nothing, and hides when held responsible. This is not just bad service ? it?s unethical. Avoid this company and individual at all costs.

This was the worst service ever. This woman does not know what she is doing and has a bad attitude. We started working together August 12th 2018. I didnt get approved until November 13 2019. She said it would only take 90 days AT MOST. She doesnt call and when you finally talk to her she has all kinds of excuses for why she cant call back. I was about to fire her and scrap my plans to go find someone else, but we really needed it done so my son just took over so I could stop dealing with her. She didnt do anything that she was supposed to do. Not knowledgeable at all. My contractor told me that the plans were terrible. On one of her checks she told me to write her a blank check for the city. She said it would not be over 500 dollars. She charged me 850 and never called to confirm me. Other payments started at one price and would go up a couple hundred or so dollars. On our last payment she tried to charge me additional money. I found the text that she told me exactly how much it cost to refute it. I referred a church member/friend to her in the very beginning stages, as we were using the same general contractor. He started working with her in December of 2018 and he STILL does not have his plans approved. Absolutely disgraceful service. The only good thing about this is that I am done with her!

She is not reliable, does not return calls, ignores her clients and work she does is substandard, city says the work is not done properly and needs to be corrected. She then has to repeat her work. Is taking over a year to complete the project, still not done and is causing cost over runs on my loan.
