Rehired LH Pro-Scapes LLC for 2018 Spring Clean up and landscaping. I was unhappy with the job. Quoted in the job was edging around all flower beds and this was not done. Also, part of the job was to remove oak saplings and it was not done. I took pictures to show saplings in 5 places. Owner sent someone to come out to remove 1 only. This company does not employ workers who can identify a weed from a plant as may weeds were left in the various flowerbeds. On the upside the workers were very nice and polite.

The quality of work matches up with the cost incurred. Area cleanup was not 100% but not terrible either. Will continue to alow Pro-Scapes to try and earn more business because I believe in the leadership of the company and that they will set things right. I look forward to developing potential future work for Pro-Scapes to do.

Super quick response and estimate for the work I wanted done. Work completed within 2 days of initial contact. Great price and quality work. When it comes to any landscaping work I need done in the future this will be the company I will be doing business with!!!

Contractor and I decided on installing paver stones on top of concrete steps, with a cut-out on the bottom The contractor installed a fabric which is not advised for this application. Also had some problems with the polymer sand. Contractor stayed in touch, and came back within a week to fix the problems. Contractor was careful, courteous, cooperative, responsive. Offered a 3-year warrantee This was NOT an easy or a routine installation, and the contractor had limited prior experience with this type of installation. However, he (and I) learned a lot, and I have no doubt the contractor will do an excellent job for his next customer
