I hired this firm to do winter snow plowing and shoveling. That has not needed to be done yet, but I am impressed with the rapid communications from the company. They vacuumed up the leaves around my home. However, there was a very large area that was not done and shrubs and a mound with ground cover still had patches of leaves on them. I had to send pictures and have them come out and do the job right. Believe me... the pile of leaves that they collected was HUGE!!! Will not be calling them again.

Complete misunderstand of the area needing to be done. Customer said to not worry about a section of her yard, then made us come back to do said section. We came back and cleaned the entire area, including her neighbors yards on both sides.

This company invoices me through an online payment service which is efficient & convenient. I contracted them in the autumn of 2018 to plow my 130 foot driveway for the winter & they did a quality job, on time & for every appropriate snow fall & at a competitive price. This is the only service of this company that I have used, but I intend to contract them again for next winter. Paul P.
