Lack of communication.

We had the LET Group do a multifaceted remodel and construction effort on our home: remodeled the existing garage to a game room, added a bathroom, remodeled/moved the laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom and built a new stand-alone garage with workshop. As other reviewers have noted, the LET Builder Project Manager, Luis Taipe, is fantastic. As all construction projects go, there were schedule problems and infrequent worker issues, but the key to a good project is how well these issues are managed and Luis is extremely professional and handled all issues efficiently and effectively. As other's have noted, Luis actually identified issues that my wife and I would have not noticed or ignored and had them corrected to his satisfaction first which was often more stringent than we would have requested. We struggled at the start of this project to find a good contractor and actually delayed the project several times because we were not comfortable with either the potential contractors or their proposals. This changed when we met Luis and listened to his absolute professional observations and recommendations during the initial project assessment and proposal process. His proposals were detailed and he was responsive to changes. Yes, there were several contract changes, but we were aware of them (no surprises) and were part of the process in developing the contract changes. This was a very big step for my wife and I and it was a major project ---- could not be more satisfied with the results and have already passed on recommendations to neighbors. Would recommend LET Builders to anyone with Luis as the Project Manager. Luis is personable, professional, and extremely responsive --- met his family as well and it is a very nice package to have worked with.

We had a great experience. Luis Taipe and his team built us a beautiful garage. They met every milestone and any issues were quickly corrected. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional and easy to work with.

Luis and Abbie at LET Group are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They always called or emailed to let us know what we could expect. I felt like they cared about our project even after the project began and not just when they were trying to earn our business. As a result what began as an addition project ended up being an almost complete home remodel project. We were so pleased with the addition that we hired them to remodel our bathroom, do major landscaping work including install a playground, build a stone patio and install sprinklers. We would hire them again in a second and recommend them to all our friends and family. they did a great job, they were excellent

Luis is amazing! The gentleman that did the tile in my shower and floor did a great job! He also had great suggestions when it came to the shower niches. The color of the tile was exactly what I wanted and everything matched beautifully.

Luis was very attentive and organized with getting this major kitchen renovation completed on time. We enjoyed working with him and will consider him for future projects.

Luis is the best general contractor I've worked with overall. We completely remodeled our master, and added a completely new guest bathroom. Aside from a few scheduling challenges and some details, all the work was carried out to high standards and specifications. LTE did not cut any corners, and on several occasions Luis went out of his way to rework items until they met or exceeded expectations. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and would recommend him for any construction work.

Had a very tight window for the project; and demanded a very tight timeline. In addition my wife was also very picky on the wood floors being install in throughout the house, staiways, bridge, rooms. In two days it was all done. Trash was disposeed of, floors were buetifully installed, no damage and very seamlessly. Also, very well priced. I definetelly would recomend LET Group; the ownner, Luis taipe, is also a man of his word.
