We hired Factor Property Services to replace and repair our patio door, kitchen window, flooring, and a kitchen wall. Leonard and Emerson were very professional, personable, and by the end of the project, they felt like family. They also offered to help with some of our kitchen installation, which was greatly appreciated. They were incredibly helpful and thorough in their work. While their pace was a bit slower than one may expect due to it being just the two of them, their attention to detail make up for it. I recently hired Factor Property Services to fix my vinyl siding and repair concrete issues, and I couldn't be more impressed! Len and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, they clearly answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and provided expert guidance. Their transparency and honesty were refreshing, as they only suggested repairs that were truly necessary. The workmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive.

Knowledgeable and very respectful even with my small job

We had 22 year old storm door that would not close properly, we could not find a manufacture name of the storm door so Leonard came out and measure the storm door latch, he found a suitable replacement and worked tirelessly for 5 and half hours to get the latch to fit properly. The door now closes effortlessly, we greatly appreciate the great job and effort that Leonard worked to ensure the door closes. He saved us having to buy a whole door. I would highly recommend and hire Leonard again for any future jobs we need around the house.
