Quote & booking: Luis gave me a call in minutes. Getting a quote and scheduling were an easy process from there. Out of everyone who reached out, he was also the only person who seemed to have read my initial message explaining what I was looking for. Service & Results: Excellent! Showed up on time, with own supplies. The team was very thorough and all of our appliances look practically new. What I was most happy about was the walls, baseboard and hallway. Our dog loves playing in the hallway and it had gotten really dingy over the years. Now though the walls are finally white again!

LB Janitorial did a great job on my windows for a reasonable price. The windows sparkle and they washed the window screens and the frames, inside and out. I would definitely hire them again.

Luis was on time, thoroughly explained what he would do, and how long it would take. He even added 3 inside windows, so he could install my new bird feeder for me. His price was also much more reasonable than the others, and was a good source of other trades people I also needed. I highly recommend him!

Amazing! Coming into a house they had a lot of built up grime and odors. I had someone come in before and do a deep clean, and it just wasn’t good. I hired LB janitorial, and they cleaned things so well! In a small area where the original cleaners had cleaned, LB Janitorial found a whole bag of gross junk! Every room smells and look great! They cleaned the bathrooms so well! I will be having them come back to do the outside windows!
