L&B General Maintenance and Power Washing

I set up an appointment with L&B about 2 weeks in advance, and Larry kept in contact to confirm the date and time, which was the Frday afternoon before the 4th of July weekend. He traveled to LBI, bucking early weekend/holiday traffic, did the diagnosis of the AC problem and provided a firm price to fix the unit, but needed to order the part. (The problem was the same as occurred a year earlier on the other AC unit, but that contractor didn't advise that both capacitors should have been changed, given the environment--salt air.) Larry set a time to return after the holiday; and he arrived on time and completed the job at the price. L&B are concientious, respectful of the customer's property, and honest and fair in the dealings. We will definitely provide additional opportunities for L&B.

First Larry was responsive to our original repair request he scheduled an appointment to come out accessed the problem then scheduled the repair. About a week later we noticed a similar malfunction and he came back and fixed the issue. It turned out to be something related but his original work was not at fault.
