I like the fact that the team shows up when scheduled and get the job done in the amount of time that has been agreed upon. The team is professional, friendly, flexible and care about their clients. The products used are amazing and smells wondergul. The owner makes her own room spray.! I recommend Empress Optimum to friends and acquaintances all the time.
