I had high hopes for this service after reading mostly favorable reviews. I specifically agreed to have them come today at 12:00 or, he said, maybe 11:30. I had an important client meeting at 10...interrupted at 10:20 by repeated doorbell. My confused son begrudgingly let them in after three rings...I was leading a client call and couldn't give him any direction. Once in. They started the project unsupervised...my wife was planning on being home in plenty of time to pull out sheets...move a few items...instead they start vacuuming right outside my online meeting . Three women instead of the two he mentioned...so absolutely no where to retreat to...the flew out in an hour...now we have one room completely skipped ( the one I was meeting in), another unvaccumed and no sheets changed on any beds...all because they showed up an hour early. We definitely did NOT get value for the money and I was throw off of managing my meeting. Super pissed!

We originally hired Korol cleaning service after our remodel to clean up the dust. They did such an excellent job, that we decided to hire them on a weekly basis. Our place is spotless! Well worth the money!!

I hired Korol to clean my home and I got a group of lazy women. 3 women showed up to do a thorough cleaning of my home- 3000 square feet and they were dashing out the front door in an hour. The floors were dirty, blinds were dusty, sink, and counters were left sticky. The owners sent them back to rectify and still, I had to clean after their second trip.
