They were very professional and completed the project perfectly and on time. In addition they replaced the thresholds between tiled areas and wood areas. The existing ones were too difficult for a transfer chair to navigate. The carpenter was very meticulous and came back three times. Our new thresholds function beautifully and match out wood floors perfectly . I highly recommend this company

BeI've worked with Greg on multiple projects over the last three years, my shiny new cedar fence is just the most recent. Best thing I can say is we get regular traffic from neighbors taking pics of the fence + asking for Greg's info. Generally, I can also say Greg is the rare contractor who fixes issues on my behalf. He thinks like it's his house - always within budget, and always a better fix for the issue than I would've come up with. The biggest example of this is an outdoor flood control system he installed. He worked with the village to leverage a rebate, and put in a Very Effective System that's kept us dry the last three years, which is saying something. None of the other contractors proposed this type of system (outdoor drain/sump in backyard w/front yard ejector), and his price was by far the most competitive. Last thing I'll say is he did an HVAC job for my inlaws. Same situation as my drainage system - they'd had multiple VERY expensive bids that weren't clear on how/whether they'd improve their 2nd floor issues. Greg came in with a novel approach that now has their converted attic at the right temp all year round.

Greg and Optima did an excellent job in our basement. Work was timely and high quality. Attention to detail and communication were good.

Optima SAVED THE DAY! My son was born several weeks early and we needed to get his nursery painted, base boards installed and a railing put up before we came home from the hospital. I called Optima and the were able to get their crew on the job and finish the room in the nick of time! Not only was the work done in time but, the quality was phenomenal. I will definitely be calling Optima again when I need to get more work done at my home.

Windows are never an easy decision, especially in an old house with toxic lead paint all over the old frames. Greg took top notch care of us, and we did 30+ windows over 2 years with him. Even when the subcontractors tried to put together two basement windows backwards, Greg came and took care of it and got us the right subcontractor. You don't want to try to trust just anyone when your heating bill and family's safety is on the line, but look no further because you can trust Greg to do the right thing.

The work was done well and quickly. Greg was always willing to take my calls when I had questions. I have worked with Optima on several projects and they always do well.

We hired Optima to redesign our living room and to do refinish our hardwood floors. Not only was the end result phenomenal, the attention to detail, constant communication, and adherence to timelines made this project effortless! Highly recommend for all of your home renovations!

Awesome company to work with. I could only choose one service for this review but in addition to mold removal, Optima also did drywall, painting, installed a new bathroom fan involving roof work and several handyman type house projects. Everything was completed with high quality, excellent communication and with minimal disruption in our living spaces. I also used their expertise to get a second opinion on our hvac and their recommendations were honest and reliable. I highly recommend them!

They were very professional and delivered everything as promised. Crew who installed was very nice and cleaned everything up when they were done. I replaced a large picture window with three separate windows and they look great.
