"Like a lot of people, we work to much and recover on the weekend, so the idea of cleaning the house seems daunting. We did what most do, our first foray into hiring a maid service was Merry Maids. They did the regular routine of one deep clean and then every two weeks they do a maintenance clean with extra focus on a specific room. We thought this was adequate but we started noticing that there was a lot that was still dirty after they left. After pointing it out to them we realized that it had never been cleaned, even with the deep cleaning. It finally got to the point where they would not accommodate a weekend cleaning so we started a search for a new service. After a lot of researching and asking friends and coworkers, we finally narrowed our choices and asked for references. When we called Onilda's (Oni) references, we were please to find several clients that had her on retainer for more than 10 years. All of them had recommended her to their friends in turn. Oni's first clean was just that, a thorough, "I can't believe we had a cleaning service and Oni's first cleaning made it appear that our house had never been cleaned" cleaning. We were very impressed to say the least and she is such a great person that she puts a smile on our faces when she arrives. Oni was flexible and accommodates our schedule and the house has never looked better. I would recommend Oni to anyone looking to hire someone so passionate about the art of cleaning."

"Luis was very thorough and kept me informed during the entire project. He clearly communicated what needed to be done and how long it would take. He made sure the area was cleaned up afterwards and that the job was done to my satisfaction before leaving. He showed up at precisely the scheduled time and was very courteous and efficient. We had a water leak from an upstairs bathroom, and he made sure the ceiling/drywall replacement/repair was completed and painted. Well done! It turned out great!"

Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. "We had HH Cleaning Services come to our home to give us an estimate. To be fair, I didnâ t ask them to clean my whole house, just parts of it and they were very understanding of that and as a result, accommodating in price. We decided to give them a try and we were not disappointed. When looking for a cleaning services, you are looking for someone that is dependable, trustworthy and that you can be sure will be on time and that will ideally clean your home the way you want it to be cleaned if not better. Bernarda (owner of the business) is all that and more! She is very professional, kind, realistic and detail orientated. She is always on time (if not a few minutes earlier), she is accommodating (when her schedule allows), she follow up with you in a timely fashion and her team and her do an amazing job cleaning. Every cleaning job is different and no two people have the same expectations but I showed Bernarda what I would like cleaned and what is a priority and she based her price off of my needs- so please be mindful of that when discussing your prices. For me, high traffic areas such as bathroom and kitchen were big items that needed a good scrub and wow, did they do a good job! I always joke around that I love my home the most after HH cleaning services leaves because everything is spotless and tidy for a whole half hour before my toddler and baby get their hands on things! No but really, they do a great job cleaning up my appliances, my countertops, my surfaces, floors, etc. I have two small children who get their fingerprints everywhere and HH cleaning services just cleans it all right up, you would almost think itâ s more dominated by my kids haha! You can literally smell the clean in the air not to mention notice it when HH Cleaning Services finishes. I love that HH cleaning service is mindful of what kind of products they use and they asked me if it was okay for them to use and why they prefer that product over others. I appreciated their consideration and that they arenâ t using something that may potentially damage my appliances/ home. I also appreciate that they know what tools need to be utilized for what- my previous cleaning lady damaged the door to my stainless steel fridge by using a scrub sponge. Bernarda and team come equipped and they have the right tools to clean your home and know how to use them. Some cleaning companies will ask you to buy the supplies but HH cleaning services comes with their own which I appreciate. We expected that someone would come in the house and clean for a few hours and leave. The home is a rental formerly occupied by hoarders who left it filthy. She arrived on time, worked all day and came back the following day to finish the job. She is detailed and meticulous and thorough.
