My partner and I spent the past two weeks ripping up the carpet, underlay and glue from our floors in a home that was built in 1962 in preparation for the installation of laminate. We hired a company(that shall remain nameless)to install the laminate. The day of the installation came. The kids were sent off to school, the furniture was moved and the installers seemingly were ready to go. Well an hour later, no installers. When we spoke with them, they informed us that for several silly reasons they could not install the floors. Enter Shelley and E and S flooring. The moment I emailed HomeAdvisor, I was put in touch with Shelley. She instantly took control of a bad situation and put our minds at ease. Within two hours her crew was at my house. Within 5 minutes of arriving, the guys began working. Shelley showed up an hour later to check things out. What was supposed to be just a working relationship has already turned into a friendship. She was nothing but kind and professional. She made my partner and I feel totally comfortable and at ease. I'm so grateful that I met her. She and her crew are an absolute joy. The work started at around 1 and around 5:45 they were walking out the door. There was no mess, no cleanup for us. They did everything. And the price was extremely reasonable($300 less than the other company). This is a company that I would wholeheartedly recommend. By the time they were finished we had time to get all our furniture back in order and get our kids back home to enjoy their nice new floors. Thank you Shelley and your team.
