Knot Just Floors

I was searching high and low for a company to provide a reasonable priced laminate hardwood. I got quotes from other companies who were ridiculously priced. Shelly, one of the owners, beat the price hands down. The pricing was fantastic, the work was fast, and the finished product was beautiful. If you are looking for a company that is is honest and does great work, then look no further.

Timely and professional

it was so easy, i got what i wanted.

I can't even recall the time before Shelly, where someone was truly concerned about me being pleased. She came with her crew and was there for the final inspection. Everything was cleaned up. The only way you could tell they had been there was by my beautiful wood floor. The value for the money would be 10 stars if they rated that high. This was service that I thought was a passing memory. They made "MAMA" happy.

Came out and did an estimate and came back with a price quote very quickly! Installed in the next few days. Finishing touches needed to happen but they did come back and fix when I found them while they were there. Did not complete all items and I had to go back and complete. Everything I pointed out to fix they had an excuse why it was the way it was and did not fix. Somehow cut my alarm system and had to pay to have that fixed.

Shelly is one of the most wonderful, thoughtful person. This was done especially when I was having a dog passing away and she was very understanding.

This was a very last minute request for job performance. My experience was nothing short of "OUTSTANDING." Very professional crew. When they arrived to the house the lead supervisor introduced himself and his co-workers. Then they started the work at hand. They completed the flooring installation sooner than expected.

Professional, friendly, expertise in flooring. Work has not yet been done.
