Shelley arrived on time for my estimate appointment and was the first of 4 companies to look at my floors and had no doubt she could match the flooring to that of the rest of my home.....and she did! The workers were prompt and one of most proficient and efficient crews I have ever seen! The completed the job in 1 day and it was exactly what I was expecting. Definitely would recommend and use again in the future!! Thanks a bunch!!

Shelley is awesome! She came to our house to measure and give us a quote on the labor to install new hardwood flooring. Not only did we decide to use her for the install, we also contracted her to provide us with the materials based on her recommendations and obvious expertise. She was professional, friendly, and timely. She followed up on everything she said she would do, and ensured that the job was completed to our satisfaction. Her team was professional, courteous, and did an absolutely fantastic job. Overall, Shelley and Knot Just Floors saved us thousands of dollars on this job, and because of this, we are also looking the them to do some more remodeling projects in our house.
