Klean Force was like a breath of fresh air to deal with from first phone call to last sample taken and results given they were informative & up front about what they were testing for and why. once results were in they were quick with a quote. They were in the area doing another clean up and were able to do my crawl space the same week. They removed all the insulation bagged it and cleaned up the mold and painted the areas that were contaminated so the growth would stop and then a final fogging. Gary and his crew were super terrific to work with and I would highly recommend Klean Force if you suspect you have a mold problem brewing. what most impressed me was understanding why a person would want a pretest and post test. "would you have surgery done if you did not know what you needed surgery for IF even at all"!!! Well Said Gary Well Said! Klean Force Unlike Bravo Cleaning & Restoration that came and spent 10min in my crawl space; took air sample readings outside the home, inside the home and in the crawl space so as to compare to the accepted standards and determine what KIND of MOLD and How MANY Spores were present in a given amount of time and MOST IMPORTANTLY (IMHO) Is it permeating into the house where it can do us harm! Once that was determined they did a clean up quote. Once they were done Gary came back the next day and again did a mold spore test in the crawl space to determine if they indeed had gotten rid of it. The other company BC&R never even checked back with us after we received their very VERY bloated price to do the job. Thank you Klean Force Job WELL DONE

Very professional testing by Gary for mold and particulates using most modern technologies. Very rapid turnaround with tests performed by a lab with overnight mailing of samples and email results the next morning. Gary took considerable time to go over the email results personally to assure we understood meaning and significance of the numbers. Service super fast

The gentleman was thorough, polite, and professional. He really listened and was able to locate the source of the mold as well as offer recommendation for remediation, some of which I could do myself, the rest of which required the services of an HVAC company. This tech was so good he even found black mold growing in a box in the garage that had gotten wet during some flooding the summer before. If this growth had been allowed to continue, my problem would have been very serious. Fortunately, the type of mold in my HVAC was Cladosporium and not severely detrimental to my health or home.
