We were contracted with Cerl for a home inspection. Do not use them. They are not accredited and do their own test. I would NEVER let them in my home! They tore apart our home and there was no bad mold! They are a nightmare!!!

They called within an hour or 2 of me filling out an application on line and had me scheduled the very next day for testing. They took our concerns very seriously. The samples were sent overnight to a reputable lab in Virginia and we had a very concise 7 page report the following day. These guys dont fool around. They know their business like you would want someone to know their business. VERY REFRESHING. They answered every question I had, took time, a LOT of time, to go thru the report and offered solutions and reasons for findings. They were expedient, professional, understood the sensitivity of the issue, were nonjudgmental and kind. I would have them over for dinner. ( once the place is cleaned up, of course) We are thankful.

Shortly after contacting Home Advisors, I received a call from Gary and two other companies. Gary was by far the person who was very thorough in explaining step by step of what, how, and why he did what he did. We scheduled a time for the same day. He was prompt and very professional through the entire inspection. His customer service skills are superb. My husband and I felt that he really knew what he was talking about as he explained everything to us. We certainly would use his service again if needed and will highly recommend him and Kleanforce to others.
