Highly recommend!! I contacted Kilo Aquatics on Thursday night at 8pm and told him the issue i was having with my pool and another company that gave me the run around for 3 weeks. I needed my pool drained and chlorine and acid washed with a quickness. The temps are going to get hotter quickly and it needed to be done this weekend. Not only did he a swer me back pretty much immediately, he was here on Saturday to drain the pool and worked most of the day on Sunday doing the chlorine and acid wash. My pool looked like Shreks swamp when he got here to drain it on Saturday and now it is so clean! I am so grateful and appreciative of amazing work ethic and high standards of customer service and I can truly say that Kilo Aquatics has both. My pool has never looked better! You have a customer for life now! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because you deserve more!! Thank you!!!

My other pool company was outrageous and would never give me updates. John is an expert in pools and hot tubs and has already diagnosed a cheaply fixed a soon to be expensive issue. I love the photo updates when done and the thorough work. NO SURPRISES! A+ pool service
