I needed 2 dining room chairs stabilized. One chair was stable, the 2nd was not. He promised to return to make the repairs and he has not returned. I realize that I bear part of the blame in that after testing the first chair and it was stable, I did not test the 2nd. I trusted that he had made the repair, He has certainly tainted my thoughts of hiring an online contractor. I'm not likely to ever hire anyone from Home Advisor

I would not recommend Kevin George. Yes, he called right away and we set up a potential date to come see the work. Saturday if not it would be Sunday. No call Saturday or Sunday. I emailed him Sunday afternoon on Angi app. He called and said he forgot. He also stated he has a lot to do and I should get someone else. I am fine with that but do not waste peoples time. If your not available for the job just say so.

Robert was quick and fair. He did the work on the same day as I contacted him, and he did it at a fair price (I cross-checked his price with my cousin who owns a large roofing company). Additionally, he provided two options for the how to proceed, explaining both and recommending one. I went with his recommendation (something else that my cousin agreed with).
