Excellent customer service! Matt replaced our water heater the same day I called. He came in after-hours when he learned that we have been without hot water for 4 days. They're fast, efficient and the price was very competitive. We had estimates from 3 other companies and they came in as one of the lowest.

Matt Kazen and his crew did an exceptional job at a fair price. We got a very nice Trane heater and A/C and they did all the electrical work, plumbing, duct work, attic insulation and installation in one day! They are very kind and respectful people who really care about doing the job right and using top-notch equipment. Highly recommended!

Outstanding in every way except that the written proposal for the work did not include all the items that were supposed to be covered by the cost. It's important to note that they honored all oral commitments and in fact did more than was promised.
