Matt was great; he arrived on time and fixed the issue right away. He even answered a question I had about moving a vent. Instead of saying that he could fix it, he let me know that it was something not worth the cost to have it done and offered a cheaper solution. Thanks Matt! I would use his business again and would recommend him to others.

Fantastic service! The owner, Matt Kazen, and his buddy arrived on time and were very friendly. They explained the problem and displayed the exact cause. All our questions were answered. The only issue I had was the cost for the actual fix. In my opinion, that was certainly too expensive for what needed to be repaired.

Was on time. Very professional and friendly. Repaired my existing AC without any attempt to upsell me. Answered all my questions and took care of extra details. Price for the work performed was very reasonable. If I have any AC or Heating problems in the future I will call them again.

Very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and showed us the problems of the a/c unit. The repair was pricey for what needed to be done but at least it was resolved! Definitely recommend this company to anyone who is needing heating and/or cooling service!

Matt came out the same day I contacted him through HomeAdvisor and gave me a very fair estimate for the work. Very knowledgable and sincere in listening to my objectives. His team came out and knocked out the job in no time and left the place spotless. I plan to use Kazan again in the near future for an additional project. A+
