When nobody else was willing or able to repair my swimming pool piping leaks in a timely fashion, Ben came to my aid and got me out of a jam that otherwise would've caused me to end my swimming pool season a month ahead of my normal closing.

He removed a broken skylight that was starting to leak, and installed a new skylight during a break in the weather in Feb 2021. Our roof is a steep pitch, so it was great to get someone who knew what they were doing on a steep roof, and could do the job quickly and well. Love the new skylight.

Ben demolished our old shed. He also prepared the site (22x14) for the new shed. He leveled/graded the existing site with a bobcat loader, and then put landscape fabric down, and then using the bobcat, added 4 inches of clean limestone as the base. 4x4 pressure treated lumber was drilled and staked into the ground as the border around the gravel base. He was able to do this during the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve 2020. Definitely went way above and beyond on this job. I don't think anyone else would've worked so hard and long to get the job done before bad weather moved in. 2 thumbs up for sure.

Ben removed an existing vinyl floor in my Mom's kitchen, and installed linoleum (Marmoleum) tiles as the replacement flooring. As part of the removal of the old vinyl flooring, he removed all the layers beneath it down to the wooden subfloor. This removal included plywood and carpet that had been glued to the floor and the base walls. It was more work, but it was the right way to do it. The installation of the Marmoleum tiles was done very well, and the floor looks and functions great. He replaced any base trim molding on the kitchen base cabinets that needed replaced, and also installed new baseboard trim to replace the previous carpet base wall trim. He made that new trim match the kitchen cabinets. The result is a kitchen floor that makes the new kitchen cabinets look even better. Thanks for the great job.

Ben installed an aluminum railing on our 2nd floor front concrete balcony. He demoed the old wooden railings prior to installation, and prepped and patched the concrete surface before he installed the aluminum railing. It looked fantastic after he installed the new railing, and transformed the look of the entire front of the house, making it look more modern.

He did a great job trimming out a new french door (inside and out), and installing new baseboard trim to match existing baseboard trim. Trimmed above a fireplace. Made a beautiful wooden enclosure for our basement breaker box/network closet area.
