KC Dream Kitchen

Our kitchen is almost complete and we have had a fantastic experience with KC Dream Kitchen. Clayton & Tiffany have been with us from the beginning; they listened to our ideas and worked with us on a digital rendering of our design. The showroom is full of a samples to choose from and they have resources to help find the perfect tile, appliance or fixture for your space. Something that really impressed us is how accessible both Tiffany & Clayton are. We could text or call them and receive a quick response. The crew is considerate and respectful and we were extremely comfortable having them in our home. They have worked continuously 6 days a week, 8- or 9-hour days, during the whole project and always showed up on time. From start to finish, they made things so easy and we love our new kitchen. Don’t bother wasting time with other quotes, KC Dream Kitchen is the only call you need to make!

Clayton has restored my faith in contractors! After spending a significant amount of time assessing what I wanted and after Clayton and Tiffany’s input and advice, I am now enjoying my dream kitchen! Their crew worked with the utmost professionalism and respect and never was I concerned with turning over my garage code so they could work when I was out of town or just not home. Clayton was always readily available and communicative throughout and has a high standard of things done to your satisfaction. He is a perfectionist. Mine was a big project as a wall was torn down and two rooms gutted. The result is one big kitchen/dining room that is night and day different from before. It is so light and spacious and will be enjoyed to the fullest. I never imagined it could look like this! I love my new kitchen and as happy as I am for it to be done, I will miss the regular contact with Clayton and crew as they have become like family…so respectful and kind! I highly recommend KC Dream Kitchen!

Excellent Work ,the Boys are very responsible

We are in the second phase of renovations in our home. The first half of the house we started on over the summer. This crew was nothing but kind, respectful, and did an amazing job! We had all of our electrical replaced and added recess lighting, light fixtures, swapped outlets, scrapped and painting our ceilings, and installed our gorgeous new wood flooring (we got the Bali buff if you go to their show room) that we purchased from them. The next phase is the kitchen and bathrooms and I was shocked at the amount of detail Clayton was able to perfect my white oak dream kitchen!! The kitchen looks straight out of all my inspo pictures. He really took his time to listen to all my needs. We have 3 dogs and they even added a cabinet for just our dog food storage. We can’t recommend this team enough. By the way, this place out beat every price mock up in the KC metro area. But you’d never guess it because of how high quality everything looks! We can’t wait to get started on our bathrooms next!!

My experience with Clayton and Tiffany was absolutely amazing. They listened to all of my ideas and patiently and kindly stuck with me as the design of my kitchen was ever changing. It was obvious right from the start that they were very experienced and knowledgeable and had fantastic suggestions and options. They only work with top notch vendors. They scheduled an appointment for me to meet with a vendor and get a thorough tour of all the different colors, designs and textures that are available to choose from. Next I went to their showroom and was blown away at the 3D rendering that Clayton created. They helped me design the most beautiful kitchen and I don’t even cook. :)

From start to finish, everything was executed with the highest level of professionalism, skill, and care. From our very first meeting to talk about our dreams and design ideas, we knew immediately that we were in excellent hands. Clayton and Tiffany, the husband-and-wife owner team, work seamlessly together and truly go above and beyond in every aspect of their business. We have done a lot of remodeling over the years—including building a custom home—and this was, without question, the smoothest and best renovation experience we’ve ever had. With Clayton and Tiffany, you get an incredibly talented design team with a creative eye and a genuine ability to listen and bring the customer’s vision to life. They are also cabinet contractors with their own dedicated crew, which made the entire process efficient and cohesive. Every single person involved was polite, professional, punctual, and worked tirelessly to make our dream kitchen a reality. We knocked out a wall to open up our kitchen, and Clayton went the extra mile—literally—driving hours out of town to find the most beautiful support beam possible. The beam is absolutely stunning, and together we selected the perfect stain that complements our dark walnut dining room table. The light-stained oak shelving above our stainless farmhouse sink perfectly matches our refinished oak floors. The result is truly breathtaking. The flooring crew was equally impressive—professional, timely, and incredibly skilled—creating a gorgeous patina on our 1957 red oak floors. We are also in love with our hand-selected quartz countertops. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and beautifully executed. I truly cannot say enough good things about Tiffany, Clayton, and their entire crew. They became like family throughout this process and worked extra hard to ensure every detail reflected our vision. They didn’t just remodel our kitchen—they fulfilled our dream. Our KCDreamKitchen is everything we hoped for and more.

Clayton, Tiffany and team were amazing in all parts of working with them. We hired a different kitchen remodel company at first and it was a complete nightmare. I ended up firing the 1st company due to lack of work, quality of work, and no one showing up. This was a very tough decision to make since it was 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. I made some calls around and found KC Dream Kitchen and explained my situation to them. They let me know it was something that is normally out of their scope of work since they were going to have to come in and fix the previous contractors mistakes and they had to use the vendors I already purchased materials from. On November 8th I called KC Dream Kitchen to see if they could come out and look at my nightmare project. November 9th Clayton and his Project manager Gordon. They saw the scope of the project and took the time to let me know what they would have to redo from the previous contractor mistakes. When I was talking with them both I asked is it possible to have a functional kitchen for Thanksgiving. They let me know it would be tight but they felt up to the task. After doing more research on this company we decided to give them a chance and it turned out to be the best decision we ever made in this project. Sunday November 12th promise start date. Had 2 guys show up to fix the window that was installed off center from previous contractor. The window and siding turned out even better than we imagined. Monday November 13th a team of 4 showed up on time and started work. My wife and I couldn't believe the amount of mistakes the first contractors made. After day one they left and my house in the remodel area was cleaner than when they showed up to start work. Each day after they are done working they took the time to clean up so they could have a clean work space to start the next day. The crew showed up everyday during the week on time and we could see progression each day which the previous company we never saw. Fast forward to the Wednesday before Thanksgiving they have a crew of 13 people at my house trying to give me a functional kitchen which we had. When I say functional I wasn't wanting a completed kitchen because I knew that would be unrealistic . The first contractor I hired had my kitchen for 6 weeks and promise date was completion in 5 weeks. Out of those 6 weeks of having him they had 8 days were no one even showed up for work. When I fired the original company I would say they were only 40% complete on the job probably less but we did have most materials bought already. Do your research on hiring contractors as some of the reviews on Angi's list are not accurate. Plus don't always believe a contractor when it seems to good to be true. After 3 weeks of having KC Dream Kitchen as our contractor we had a completed kitchen we love! We have renewed faith that there are some good contractors out there! Their crews show up on time, clean at end of everyday, communicate next steps, do quality work, work with great vendors for fabrication, use quality materials, and don't over charge. If I could give this company more stars I would. If you have a kitchen remodel look no further as I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I can't thank Clayton, Tiffany and Team for saving my families Holiday Season! Top notch company!

Their work was top notch. They arrived on time, accomplished so much in 1 week. Excellent craftsmanship. Did everything I asked and more. I'm so happy with my new kitchen! It turned out better than I imagined.
