Came home after about a week and a half away to some pretty extensive water damage in my kitchen due to a clogged drain on my buildingâ s roof. Kevin came out next day to do an assessment, and the day after that with his team to do the emergency removal of drywall, insulation, etc. and apply antimicrobial agent and set up fans and dehumidifiers to speed up the drying process. Explained every step of the process, next steps, is working with my insurance company, everything is taken care of. Removed a lot of anxiety for me. The work isnâ t done yet but Kevin and his team have been excellent so far and I have the utmost confidence that this restoration job will be completed to perfection. K-Savers is everything you need in a contractor: skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, responsiveâ ¦ just consummate professionals!

Kevin and his team were on standby as soon as I contacted them for my emergency flooding that happened in my basement . Oak park floods terribly but Kevin was prompt , and got to work right away . The sanitation and drying of my basement was done immediately and my new floor was installed the very next morning. Thanks you K-savers for your time and professionalism . Highly recommend to anyone for emergencies
