The company was really nice when they actually came out to do the work. I was disappointed in the set up process as they didn?t understand, or seem to understand the rules of having the 411 line come out to Mark gas and water lines they wanted me to do it, which seemed inappropriate given that they were doing the work. Besides that I was happy with the actual service once they actually sorted that out no complaints about the work done.

Esperanza returned my initial call within an hour; was very easy and professional to work with. Due to my location we spoke several times about the job over the phone to make sure we were on the same page. She even sent me pictures of the project as they completed sections. I had a wonderful experience with Kimbor Tree Service. I have a large project to handle and had several people out to look at my hard to get to trouble trees and Kimbor was able to complete the job with no were near the hassle the other tree services claimed it would be. They focused on prioritizing the dangerous trees first and the workers showed true skill and experience. They went above and beyond to help accomplish the job. Even towing an old broke down truck out of my driveway to get to the tree in question and putting it back once the job was completed. They were quick getting to my project just 3 days after calling and charged a reasonable and fair price. I would definitely suggest them to others and plan on utilizing their services in the future.
