They did a great job on my magnolia tree. Trimmed and thinned branches near power lines. Cleaned up leaves and branches when they were done. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Tree looks better than it has in a long time.

The owner wife was the only one who spoke English. I received threatening voicemail as well as threats about the small claims court if I did not mail the check after she/they finished the job. When I offered to come down to pay her, prior to the threat, she did not want to wait 45 minutes, so she or i agreed to just mail the bill. She was not satisfied with the check I sent. I told her if she had any problems cashing the check to contact me. She then lied and said she received no check. I then had to send another one with tracking. By then, she was sending registered bills or whatever she sent to my post office address ( the postal clerk and I made jokes about her). I refused to accept it and it was sent back. This ordeal with this company turned out to be a mess, with this gal since she was the only one who spoke English. I would like to add I gave a one star for the lady who did the bidding. I will keep In definitely her threatening voicemails . I also have photos of dragged branches that were not cleared. I gave a two star for value of money . This lady and I agreed on the price for felling the trees. When I arrived to my property she had a bill for 3600.00 for work I did not authorized- her stump guy had already taken one tree out; I showed her the text- I then made a decision to have him take out a couple that would not be in the way of the garage and mobile. If I had not shown up she would have been out of extra money for work not authorized.

The tree was beautiful when done. They came out to look at the tree, explained what he would do. He scheduled the work promptly. It wa amazing he even dropped the branches neatly. The branches overthe house he dropped beautifully, never near the house. I didn't realize the tree could look so good. I recommended him to my neighbor right away.

This company is prompt, and came out to do the service on time! I got a very fair price and am very happy with the results! Would highly recommend them for service!

We had a tree that was ready to fall and in an awkward spot. They were in and out very quickly, and were very easy to work with.

Very professional job. It seemed like a high price but it may just be the going rate these days. The crew did everything I asked and also did a nice job of cleaning up the jobsite. Nice people!
