We chose K&H for our Bathroom remodel including adding a small laundry closet and had a great experience. We had some massive issues with old building plumbing that we were unaware of at the start, and they addressed each issue with professionalism & compassion, always making it right whether it was their "fault" or not. Moreover, the quote was extremely fair and didn't increase throughout the project despite these unforeseen issues - extremely transparent! The team was very communicative and always available via our Whats App group, which was very convenient. Highly recommend for any upcoming remodels you may have!

Yosef, Iyov, Eli, Priscilla and their team were fantastic from start to finish. Communication, customer service and quality of workmanship are top tier. I appreciated the daily updates with photos and speedy responses to address any of my inquiries and concerns. The drywall and hardwood floor repair, and siding and balcony remodel exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the results and appreciate having a stress-free project. They do what they promise (and more), remained within my budget and was transparent. I will definitely use K&H Construction Development for future construction projects and highly recommend that you consider them for yours.

Despite being a young company, K&H Construction exceeded my expectations for my master bathroom remodel and installation of hardwood floors. It is very rare to find contractors that truly want to make you happy during a remodel and K&H did just that plus more. Iyov, Joseph and the team of contractors worked very closely with my designer, Kery from KloudB Studio, to bring her design to reality. Prior to the remodel, they set clear expectations and during the remodel they were VERY responsive to any concern/question I had, they accommodated my schedule and did everything possible to make the entire process worry free. I was rarely home during the day while the contractors were working, but always looked forward to coming home and seeing the progress they made each day. With any remodel, there is always a few unexpected bumps along the way, but K&H did an excellent job communicating the issue and problem solving. They are very skilled contractors, but what sets them apart is their character, integrity and passion for their work. Even after the city inspection was completed, they came back to do a few extra small projects that I had not requested prior to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the project. I highly recommend K&H

I was looking for GC to tear down my patio wall and install a 16x9 bifold door. I am glad I found Yosef and team. They are super professional and on time with all the milestones. Yosef personally took care of the project and it reflects in the outcome. Their quality of service and price matches . Yosef also helped me get a good deal with the door vendor, which is outside their project scope. Definitely recommend them for small and big home projects.
