Just Solutions Contracting, Inc.

I found Fred Olliges, JUST Solutions Contracting, Inc., from a neighbor recommendation on NextDoor. We wanted to convert a laundry/storage room into a small in-home office and move the laundry area into the garage. This required a complete gutting of the existing laundry room, which hadn't been upgraded since 1972 - had old wood paneling, glue-on ceiling tiles, bare concrete floors, and a wall of homemade base cabinetry full of all that "might need it someday" stuff. Here is our experience with Fred and JUST Solutions: He responded quickly to my request for a bid; really listened to what we hoped to accomplish; promptly gave a detailed estimate that clearly stated what his work would entail and what items we would need to provide ourselves; gave realistic expectations re when the work would begin, and met that expectation; showed up daily as expected; explained each morning what they intended to accomplish that day; was understanding and accommodating re our schedules, dogs, and design add-ons as the work progressed. His workers were unfailingly kind, dazzled us with the quality of their work, and left us with a cozy office that exceeded our expectations---all at a price that seemed reasonable to us. We have already recommended Fred to friends of ours who want to do a kitchen remodel and flooring job. We could not have been more pleased, and plan to use JUST Solutions next year when we remodel the bathroom. Thank you so much, Fred, Evan and John! By the time you left you were like family (the GOOD ones!).

Fred and his crew did a wonderful job. He is a very honest guy and has some great suggestions and solved several issues along the way - that were not his fault - when the building department had issues, etc. The end result looked great.

Be Careful with this one. We had a written contract provided by the contractor and it was not followed. The new window was completed with old tile even though I supplied new tile as per contract- and a sill was cut wrong. This was for the window replacement and he took the EASY WAY OUT. Interior bi fold doors had knobs placed on wrong side and he blamed it on me, he said that "the doors, I purchased had the knob on the wrong side". Not true, they come with NO knobs installed! He never offered to change or fix it, just threatened a lien even though the contract said final payment upon customer satisfaction. We were not satisfied, he still hasn't changed the knobs to the way they are supposed to be and I had to finish some of the work myself.
