At first, we thought all was good. However, 2.5 years later we found out the bird cage was not installed properly. The screws into the home were not properly installed, leading to wood rot. Also, they ran an electric line without conduit, just wire, and the wrong wire. They also put in a golf cart driveway, they put a small crack in it and told me they would be back to fix. Crickets after a few calls. Shame on me for not shopping around, but the salesmen was really good. Lesson learned, the hard way.

We cannot express how pleased we are to have worked with JPI and their staff. They are in the finishing stages of an addition to our home, a pool house. Jeremy was very thorough when explaining the construction, permits, costs and logistics. He and his staff are detail-oriented, and all our questions were answered promptly throughout the entire construction process. Nick was our go-to guy and his level of professionalism, commitment to perfection, and dedication to the project is above and beyond. Dustin completed all types of jobs and was personable, efficient, and has a get it done approach to all tasks. All workers and contractors upheld an exceptional level of professionalism, and any issues/glitches were addressed immediately. Everyone has been respectful of our family, property and all have performed exceptional work. We highly recommend JPI! A final review will be submitted upon completion of the project.

The people who work for them like very pushy and neglect to tell you things. Tried to cut corners. Never advised me of arc in the villages until I asked. Never came with a permit. Filed a claim against this company with the seniors crime program tried to take advantage because I'm a senior in a wheel chair and a vet. Would never recommend them to anybody

They did a great a job.

Personable workmen but then it rained and they eft. I ended up with a surface that was pocked and rutted.

Crew very polite and hard working. Concrete supervisor made suggestions that improved the overall look of the project. Free estimate and excellent communication.
