      The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

      If you see this review run..run very fast to another company. Andrew is not professional. They do not finish their work and are the worst example of a company who is trying to help. He will be nice to you at first then all bets are off. You tell them what you want and they do the opposite. They take your money and leave the job unfinished. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY No matter what he posted--his is a liar and lost in arbitration big time

      I was hired to build the shell only. The homeowner G.C.'d the entire job with his subs on the job. Never got a thank you for having his sub working under my license. Also built a free portico and no thank you.

      The Architect/Engineer was true to his word with the appointments that were scheduled, and the turnaround time with the final plans were quick and professionally done.

      Andrew delivered a first draft to my wife and I some weeks ago and we asked him to make some revisions. He came to us today with his second draft and he took all of our recomendations and needs into consideration. We love our plans! We have asked for a few more changes and he is working on our final plans. Andrew is a professional and personable architect that I would highly recommend. Spot on sir!

      Andrew Deleon came and meet with me went over all details of what he will do and took measurements. I hired him since I gave him money and he drop off incomplete drawings I haven't heard from him since. I been calling and emailing him and he doesn't respond. I even reached out to his partner and still no response. He doesn't know what the current building codes are and when contractors are coming telling my drawings are incomplete I look into the codes myself and he didn't do them correctly. He needs to be taken off of your recommendation list he also did the same thing to some of my neighbors of taking money and disappearing.

      customer needed to provided us with the proper survey with elevation data, since this project is in a flood zone. cant complete drawings without data nor did we receive the test hole results of ground water. these are all the requirements Villiage of Freeport needs to complete drawings for town approval. homeowner needs to hire surveyor and pay them.

      Highly recommended! He was on time for the appointment and very courteous. We plans to complete redo our home and he was very attentive to what our ideas were. I look forward to seeing the plans once they're drawn up!

      We hired Andrew did our plan for building 1200sf addition and remodeling. We are very happy with the result. Andrew has done a good job for us. 1. Andrew have a very reasonable price. 2. Andrew is very easy to work with and all our requirement has been satisfied in the plan and the result came out is great! We highly recommend him.
