Garage door screens installed July, 2025. One of the lower panels is coming loose and needs to be repaired. For the last 3 weeks I have called and left messages, texted messages and emailed messages. No return calls, answers, acknowledgement, etc. Very poor after sales service.

Not true, 2nd set of these screen sliders i installed for her. She loved the first one I did 7 years ago but had her drive way redone and they got ruined. Second set, have been out on 3 occasions, her dog is punching screen out and I fixed at no charge. What else can I do...

Although the shower doors look very good, the small details and their poor response to resolve the few errors they made, caused this project to be a bad experience. The installers are very pleasant but that is overshadowed by them not correcting the defects in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend them. We hope they come and fix it, but We have to try to fix it ourselves or pay somebody else to fix their mistakes. We cannot recommend them at this time.

This customer wanted cheapest possible so I sold him something I was stuck with and also told him it would leak up front. He agreed and so it did leak been back several times. But this is one of those things where you get what you pay for.
