Extremely thorough, very personable and respectful. Found the issue and gave direction for easy fix since it was not a structural issue only a stair issue. Stayed until he wrote our report and we received it. Spent about 3 - 3.5 hours to make sure everything was as we wanted it.

Jeremy was responsive and professional. He was methodical and very communicative during the process of evaluating our home. He took the time to answer our questions and showed dedication to completely understanding what was going on throughout the assessment.
