I scheduled an appointment online Thursday for an appointment opening they had for Saturday and was contacted shortly after for confirmation. Thomas told me at that time that he may be able to come earlier which he did on Friday. He was very professional and promptly completed the roof repair. I couldn't have had a better experience, I would highly recommend them and will definitely keep them on my call list for future projects.
