For example, when he built my stairs for my back porch, I told him they were only going to be temporary, but he explained to me, no matter if it’s temporary or permanent, safety is the main Priority. He also built them to my specifications with only a 5 inch rise instead of the standard 7 inch rise, which makes it much easier for me to be able to get up and down my steps. He and his team also did my vaulted ceilings, all my window frames, baseboards and anywhere else that needed trim work, etc. excellent excellent work."

"We had an excellent experience with Roland and Castillo Construction. Our enclosed patio had rotten boards and old windows and needed to be completely redone. The bid was very reasonable, and Roland made a number of suggestions that improved on our ideas for the project, like using a sliding glass door instead of swinging doors. The work was done in a timely manner, and all the crews did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Roland is very attentive to the details, communicates well, and is easy to get along with. "Mike and his crew transformed our backyard from a rocky pasture into an absolute dream. We had gotten several bids from different landscape companies. We chose DreamScapes and I'm so glad we did. The quote was very reasonable and most important to us, was that Mike said he could start work within 10 days. He made good on that promise and started the next week. We had irrigation and sod installed along with 3 flagstone pathways and a raised rock wall planter bed. We also had rocks installed along the side of our property for drainage and landscape lighting added to both the front and back yard. Mike's crew also moved a couple of large boulders we had and incorporated them in the mulch beds that surrounded our oak cluster. He ended up being a couple of pallets short on the grass but didn't charge us for it. He said it was his mistake on the measurements. This company is top of the line in my book. He reponded almost immediately to my post. made an appointment for the next day and was very prompt. His bid was very reasonable and lower than some others I'd received. He brought all the materials and equipment to complete the work. He restored and set new posts for my wind damaged fence and made some recommendations for changes that makes the fence more likely to withstand strong winds. He also fixed a sagging gate and installed new hardware and built a replacement door for a shed. His work was excellent and in many ways above and beyond my expectations with the care he took in working around my yard and his attention to detail.
