I recently hired J and J Plumbing again to install a new toilet and fix a bathroom sink leak, and once more, they exceeded my expectations. From the initial call to the completion of the job, their service was impeccable. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. The toilet installation was flawless, and the sink leak was expertly fixed. Their professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. I highly recommend J and J Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Looking for a plumber is stressful as you want to make sure you are getting someone who truly cares about you as the customer and I must say that Justin not only provided the best customer service for me and my husband but the quality of the work was top notch. I had the wax seal for our toilet go bad as well as it leaked into the bathroom downstairs , just an entire mess. And Justin was able to be there within very short notice to handle the situation! Definitely recommend him and will use him as my plumber going forward !

Justin arrived properly at agreed time and got right to work. He was thorough, patient and meticulous! He worked an additional 40 minutes after clearing initial clog to ensure blockage was cleared. Class outfit. I would definitely hire again!

Great work and great customer service. I highly recommend Justin Velez. We had a back up with our bathroom sink and shower drain. Justin was very informative to what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. He completed the job quickly and pricing was fair. I have since used him for other plumbing repairs/installations and have always had a great experience with him. I am very pleased with his work and will use him for future projects.

Iâ m very particular with who I hire since most plumbers are ridiculously expensive for what seems like relatively simple repairs. J&J Plumbing had great reviews so I figured Iâ d give them a shot. Justin replaced my leaky toilet shut off valve and was able to adjust the temperature on my electric water heater since I also had issues with water not getting hot enough. Great work quality, definitely recommend.

There were so many good reviews, gave J and J plumbing a try and glad that I did. Justin answered right away and was able to fix our toilet issue within minutes. He replaced my toilet bowl flapper and let me know that my fill valve needed to be replaced. I truly appreciate him taking his time and giving me some knowledge on when to replace or repair my toilet value.
