Went beyond what was asked, Did more than just repairing basement wall. Did landscaping and carpentry and painting to finish the job. Extra work went in to prevent further water damage to the house.

Mr Perry, was very prompt in returning my call, and starting the job, and completing the job as promised. He finished the job with quality and workmanship that super-ceded other quotes that were higher and lower, and that is why I chose him, and I am glad I did. If I need more work done, I will call him in the future.

James Perry Construction promptly returned my call, answered questions, and was able to get the job done very quickly. Every one that we dealt with was kind and courteous and respectful. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. No debris, leftover concrete, paper cups or any other trash was left on the work site. Not only are our steps beautiful, James Perry Construction went the extra mile in placing our very heavy planters on the corner of the front step they built. I will definitely hire them again. I just wish we had found them before we built our home.

James showed up on time and was able to work us in as an early morning job the next day. A portion of our driveway had been removed due to septic tank repairs and we only asked James to just make a straight line to connect the parts back together. He said "I can do better then that, "and he did! He created a nice curved design to fit it with the existing landscaping and was able to restore more driveway space as a result. Instead of having an obvious patch-up job we now have a space that looks like a planned design. He and his entire crew were very personable, polite and patient. They did not blink an eye when our little dog escaped and ran right through the entire space. They just said no problem and let us know to clean our dog right away to avoid any burns to his skin. In addition, their prices are reasonable and James thoroughly explains what the project entails. I recommend him without reservations to others needing his services. I already plan to have him return to remodel a bathroom for me. Thanks to James and his crew for all your hard work.

If I could rate James Perry Construction higher than a 5, I would. Mr. Perry and his crew did an outstanding job building a retaining wall and fence around my property. I gave Mr. Perry specifications given to me by the HOA and he delivered an excellent product. My knowledge on this type of construction is very limited and he took the time to explain the process to me and made significant recommendations which enhanced the project and importantly saved me money, Mr. Perry is an ultimate professional and was a God send. You can't go wrong having him complete a project for you.

James Perry is good at his craft he understood the problem and rectified it. some mistakes were made along the way but he took care of them to my satisfaction.He completed the job sooner then I expected.He poured me a new driveway,a new front porch,and regraded the land to divert the rain water away from my home ,which has been a problem for me.I would not hesitate to recomend him to anyone.

on site estimate, no work performed. Measurements indicated that garage would be on property line, no go. However, Mr Perry will be asked back to construct a new front porch soon.
