I got bids for my project from 3 different contractors. James Perry Constuction had the best price. Not only was his pricing fair, but he finished the project on time and budget and did a beautiful job. We are all quite pleased witht he work that James and crew did for us. I would highly recommend James Perry Construction and will call him again if future work comes up.

Mr Perry telephoned me the same day I used Service magic. I did not use his services as I was only interested in prices for future projects. Mr Perry was quite cordial and furnished his number for any future business. I am sure I will recontact him for services eventually as he was extremely polite and professional.

Did not actually use them. But, Mr Perry was very honest with me. He could have made money that day, but chose to "do the right thing" and not rip me off!! I will definetly recommend him to anyone who wants a good person.

Mr. Perry was beyond helpful with taking care of my need. He showed up on time, completed the work, reported back to me on progress as I was not on site and made recommendations on what to do to complete work. His quoted fee was inline with the final invoice and I it is my intent to us him, again if I need this type work done.
