Professional, efficient, organized, courteous. Answers his phone when you call, shows up when he says he will - ready to work. Stayed with it until well after dark in order to finish two days of work in one day. The finished product is better than we had hoped for. This man understands service and is not afraid of work. My wife and I strongly recommend James Perry Construction.

James and his wife Nicky were both very professional, did a great job in record time at a fair price. The sent me pictures of their progress daily on line and were generally just a pleasure to work with. Would recommend James Perry to anyone!

James came to our property and gave us a written quote on his price for the work to the be done and the time needed for completion. Unfortunately, the concrete to be removed proved to be a more difficult job than expected, however, James honored both his quoted price and estimated time for completion. We feel priviledged to have met James, his wife, and son. We found them to be people of high moral standards, honesty, and integrity. The work done for us speaks highly of their expertise as well. James did everything he agreed to do. He kept in contact to let us know when his crew would arrive. He furnished requested certificates of insurance. The work was done quickly and professionally. He even fixed several items that were not on the original agreement with no extra charge. I highly recommend James Perry Construction. Jay McNeill Sevierville, TN

Mr James Perry was a very fair man. He went beyond the call of duty. He is very knowledgeable about his work, time manageable, and his work is guaranteed. He is also a Christian man very trustworthy and honest. I will recommend to family and friends and hope to do more business with him in the future.

Repairs were checked and rechecked, and follow-up work was outstanding. My neighbors appreciate the exterior improvements, too! James and company are thoughtful and responsive.
