James came and explained what he was going to do. He was very transparent from explaining he had an estimate to go to but he would come right back and stay until the job was finished. James moved all the furniture so he could clean under those areas. He took my old outside rugs and put them where I asked him to. And he put my new ones down. He took the old canopy down and put the new one up. He even took some of the ropes and tied it to the fence so the canopy can’t possible fly away. James fixed one of my plastic benches so the top will now stay on it. James also put another canopy up on my other patio. It’s a portable tent that’s been in my shed for a few years.The back yard looks new and amazing! James was so considerate that he took off his work shoes so he wouldn’t get the new outside rugs dirty. It’s so nice to have a contractor who cares about his work. I’m hoping James will have time to come back as there are many other projects I need him to do.

I was so relieved when James called to say he could repair facia that was ripped, damaged and hanging from a storm the night before. My insurance company quoted me a price of $7K if I reported a claim. James expertly replaced the facia the next day at a cost of $250. Buy local!

Very pleased with quick response and repair

You can't beat a family-owned and operated business that does a good job at a reasonable price, and one that takes pride in their work. James and his father were great to work with, showed up as scheduled, did an excellent job installing screens on our gutters, and did the all-important clean up afterwards. And the gutter screens are just as, if not more, effective than the outrageously expensive options widely advertised.

James and his Dad were great! They responded to my request promptly and arrived at my home in a timely manner the following day. They were very professional and took the time to explain every aspect of the work that needed to be done. The cost for the project was very reasonable, and they did an excellent job repairing the exterior trim on my home - they even went as far as to reinforce the existing trim on that same side as well. I will definitely recommend their services and will gladly use them again for any future projects.

Fantastic! James responded quickly to our call. He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. We needed an exterior vent cover replaced which was challenging because the old vent cover had cracked and was still attached to the inner duct. James did an excellent job. He removed the old cover and cleaned the area so that the new cover fit perfectly. Also, he noticed that the condensation hose to our HVAC system needed caulking, so he cleaned up the old caulk and applied fresh caulk - beautiful job!!!
