This was by far the best quality paint job on my 100+ year-old house. In which I have lived for 26 years. The crew was meticulous while preparing the wood siding . No corners were cut. Each worker took his and her time, which was remarkable considering it felt like over 100°. The quality of their work was unmatched.

It was a huge project. They did a good job overall, just felt like they were rushing a bit too fast. Missed a few areas and needed to come back to finish.

Could have been better. Did not finish the job because he relied on us for electricity. Did a poor job of repairing soffit and window ledge (installed in pieces instead of one whole board!). Did a poor prep job. I would not recommend them.

Jeanette and her Husband..They were using this home as rental property off 31st and Troost Area.. Here husband works as hanging man! We could not finish the job correctly do too, The husband smell like Marijuana and seem very High during our conversations each day! . I had to look out for the safety of my crews. Completed the job basis on what Jeanette ask for us to do.. WE STILL GOT PAID on our services!

After speaking with several other paint companies I chose Michael with Jake Co Painting ...so glad I did. This was a huge undertaking for me, Michael walked me through the entire process and gave me by far the best value for my money. I am so pleased with the results, my 18 year old home looks almost new! I would highly recommend Jake Co Painting LLC.
