I hired J & W to cut down I large oak tree and I was amazed by their skill and professionalism. Not only did they do a complete job, they were by far the most reasonably priced of the three tree vendors that I got quotes from.

I would not hesitate to use or recommend the use of this company for a job. I had a large tree that was dying and threating our house and another diseased smaller tree that required removal. The owner was quick in contacting me and met with me at a convenient time at my home to provide a quote. Their work was completed as promised at a very reasonable price. They cleaned up all debris and left our yard immaculate. I can say it was very easy to contact this company and work with their owner. They were on time, hard working, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

I called the company because we had one storm damaged tree and a couple more that looked dead. The owner of the company came to assess the work and give us a quote (which was very competitive). He was very honest about what did and did not need doing and we finally decided to have 4 trees taken out. The team was efficient and courteous and they made a nice job of stacking the logs (we had asked to keep them) and clearing the area. We have a 5 acre wooded lot and they couldn't get the chipper near the work site so they dragged a large number of big branches a long way to chip them (which another firm we had quote for the work refused to do). I will definitely be using this firm again.

Required four trees to be removed, and one tree trimmed. I received many quotes. In terms of price, J&W was slightly lower than most of my quotes. I hired them. I was working on a tight schedule, and they were able to accommodate. They did a great job. They did exactly what I requested. After they were done cutting the trees, they removed the stumps and cleaned up the area well. I would hire them and would recommend them without reservation.
