JV Landscaping

It was a large front and back yard and the grass was over 6" tall. There are also tree roots which makes it hard to mow. The gate is only 36" but they managed to get a wider mower through but ideally, a riding mower would be perfect. They trimmed around edges which was good. They had to be careful around the above ground soft sided pool. They did a good job but the price was $450.00 which I thought was high. I might have gotten other bids if the grass was not so high. I did not opt for weekly mowing at $135.00 as I am living on Social Security and my budget does not allow for that so I will maintain it myself. They cleaned up nicely and they showed up on time so I would recommend them. It is my problem that this economy prevents us from spending where we might like to. Juan was quick to stop by for an estimate. Hired his team on the spot and they took care of it right away.

He did a wonderful job. The owner was there on the site, and guided his men through everything.

It was more expensive than I thought it would be. They did remove all debris .

They are very efficient.

I agreed on the scope of project with Juan. We agreed on a lowered price. I even allowed him to substitute certain items. Unfortunately he did not complete the full project but I still paid him the full amount. I was not happy because my project is only 80% complete, he needed to install sod in the back corner of backyard which he did not do.

I have signed up with them to finish our landscaping for the rest of the year! I don't have to think about fall clean-up! :)
