They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. I called to get a quote and within 2 days Joe A came out to the house to take a look at the space and he a feel for what we wanted. He was super personable and knowledgeable which I appreciated. Once we decided to go with them, Joe confirmed all the details, then Kevin the owner came to do a final inspection and confirm choices/colors prior to material order. During the install Kevin came by to see how project was going. After the completion of the project Joe A came back in to see it and make sure I was happy. These guys are super professional, good guys that do really really good work. They acted like guests in my home, nice to my kids and now I have a beautiful bathroom and they did so by doing everything they said they would. I recommend these guys. Iâ m very pleased. Worth every penny and their prices are in line with the market on bathroom remodels but in my opinion, their service and craftsmanship is above and beyond."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
