JV Home Services - Unlicensed Contractor

JV Home Services did a great job for me. I gave them a list of about 9 things I needed done or fixed and each was done timely and professionally. The projects ranged from repairing fences, gate and deck stairs to installing carpeting to the stairs to the garage. Jose also installed a new towel warmer in the bathroom and installed a new recess lighting in my living room as well as replacing a broken light on my stairs. All were done at a reasonable price and took only 2 days. Because I was pleased with the work, I asked him to quote a second project of repairing, power washing and re-staining my deck. Price came within my budget and he and his assistant completed the work in 2 days as well. I am very happy w/their work and professionalism. I would hire them again for other projects.

Jose was prompt, capable, and judiciously communicative. He bought new sliding doors, and hardware, installed, them skillfully and even suggested a contrasting color that worked out perfectly. so not only is he craftsman. He’s an artist. I couldn’t have been happier. Note that I am a real client and give Jose permission to give out my phone number to speak in person.

Jose Vasquez( JV Home Services) did an excellent job for a customized fit, Large Vanity 66" long 22" wide. He brought a stone sample of the top he was going to use and pics of other completed vanities. He completed the job in 2 days. I well use him for a closet job coming up soon. He was also over $1000.00 dollars less then licensed contractors. Unfortunately my pics are to large to show.
