He was able to sand it thoroughly before applying a darker stain in order to hide any of the existing previous damage. He made many other repairs to areas that needed attention. Our carpet started to bulge at the top of our stairs (after we had it professionally steam cleaned) and we wanted to get it fixed quickly due to the dangerous location. We set up an appointment within the week and he was prompt to arrive. The carpet looks great after he re-stretched it. He gives a 10 year warranty on his work, too. Money well spent!
