Brian of JS Residential is Top notch! We could not be happier. Completely professional, focused and executed our installation with fine craftsmanship. The cost was reasonable and the attention to detail was unmatched. Offered suggestions for care of our floors and cleaned the job site thoroughly. Fantastic experience. We highly reccomend!

James and the crew were awesome! Professional, punctual, and just overall great people to work with. Went above and beyond for our flooring projects, which was the entire house. They moved everything for us, always cleaned up after themselves, and even picked up and returned the flooring for me. James goes the extra 10 miles to make everything as perfect as possible. He even collected little things along the way that he needed that other companies would have charged me for. The flooring turned out beautiful! I loved seeing all the little details that James added or corrected. We really enjoyed working with them as they are personable and easy to get along with them! It was a great experience and we are already planning another project!

James was very professional and courteous from start to finish and did a great job! We had an old ugly tile floor in our bathroom that he ripped up and replaced with brand new Vinyl Plank Flooring as well as remove and install a new toilet and vanity. We have had other trades in our house who weren't the friendliest or cleanest and James went above and beyond!

Was quick to respond originally, stayed in contact with us until it was time to install the floor. When they showed up they got right to work and didn't stop to breathe until the job was done. James and his helpers were friendly, polite and a real pleasure to work with. You won't find a better installer than this.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
