They refused to install it and give me a less than perfect floor. The salesman, Mike, came over right after they left( the installers called him) and I was able to pick out a different flooring that very day. "Our old shower floor was on life-support: disintegrating grout, water underneath tiles, mold around perimeter. We had to tape sections of the floor to hold it together and keep leakage to a minimum. Then Jack came, removed the old tile, installed waterproofing underneath, re-pitched the floor so that water flows directly into the drain and installed new tile with a superior grout . Jack worked steadily for almost a week, and did an excellent job of protecting non-work areas and cleaning up after each day. It is just beautiful now! You should see the difference in before and after photos. He is a real craftsman and obviously cares about delivering a job that meets your expectations."
