Reviews
Write a ReviewMr. Michael Maleh and QCM of Florida / JRS Contractors were hired by me for a residential condo gut remodeling project that was not completed within the contractual timeline. Significant portions of the agreed scope remained unfinished more than three months past the required substantial completion date. Workforce declined toward the end of the project and eventually stopped entirely, and no recovery schedule was provided despite repeated written requests. Deficiencies included unfinished and defective work, as well as required scope items that were never started. An independent licensed home inspector confirmed the project had not reached substantial completion and identified incomplete systems and safety-related issues requiring correction before occupancy. After formal notice and multiple opportunities to cure, the contract was terminated for cause and replacement contractors were required to complete the work. Based on my experience, I do not recommend hiring this contractor.
We take all client feedback seriously. However, this review relates to an active contractual dispute that is currently being handled through the appropriate legal process. The project successfully passed all required inspections and permit close-out with the City, with all Engineers of Record, and the property was fully operational with all major systems (electrical, plumbing, and mechanical) completed and approved. As is often the case in construction projects, there were remaining items to be addressed in the final phase, which became the subject of disagreement between the parties. Because this matter is ongoing and there are outstanding Lien claims, we are limited in what we can share publicly, but we remain confident in the quality of our work and the process followed throughout the project. We stand by our work and our commitment to professionalism on every project.
The service was efficient. I was happy with the whole process. They were trustworthy and they did a good job. 1000% sure I would hire them again and would refer them.
The service was very, very good. It was absolutely perfect. I had referred them to my friends and would definitely hire them again.
