These guys were great and gave me a great price! They did great work fixing my chimney, cleaning my gutters and power washing my house!! Definitely recommend them for any projects you have and I will be using them again in the future for home projects!!

Quoted a price the day before. Saying he had to replace wood and had to haul away the n waste left behind, made it seem like a larger job and only had to do less than half the work. When I spoke to him about the cost and not using the materials, not because he informed me but because I happened to see while they were working, he said that after seeing the roof, it did not need all the work but the price had to stay the same. I continued and got him to bring the price down. He also told me I needed to replace a boot, made it seem like he had to replace an entire pipe and it turned out to be a $10 piece of plastic and he tried to charge me $150. Also the piece he had looked like he already had it from another job.

Jamie did an excellent job on our flat roof replacement. His estimate was at a fair price. We are having him return to do 2 more jobs for us. Thank you Jamie.
