The gentleman from J&R concrete were very professional and respectful. They went over all aspects of the work they would be doing and answered all my questions. My original project was for backyard steps only. I asked if they would give me a separate estimate to also do the backyard. Their estimate was very professionally done and complete and affordable. I asked for pictures of work they had previously done. After seeing their work I was sold. Once the work was started it took 3 days to complete. They arrived each day promptly at 8:30 AM. After the work was done they hauled away all debris and left the work area spotless. Their method of making payment for the work was very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend J&R contractors to anyone looking for a top notch contractor.

I hired J and R for my sister who is hard to please and that's putting it mildly. She is not tech savvy, an elderly who works nights they contacted her when they arrived and departed so she would not be alarmed. She was delighted and satisfied with their customer service, work and then to be reasonably charged. Who knew companies like this still existed, from their customer service interactions with her to the job they performed was exceptional and I do not use these words lightly. They cleaned up, took before photos for her then sent them to her via email. Thanks again for an exceptional job.
