The work was generally done well and on time, and for a fair price. Occasionally Joe and his crew seemed rushed -- and possibly Joe might be a bit overbooked -- but Joe and his subcontractors made certain all the work got done as close to the agreed upon time as possible. We would recommend them again.

Joe and his crew started on time and finished ahead of schedule he kept me up to date on every part of my project and helped me make decisions also worked very efficiently and kept my home spotless I would highly recommend him to others and will use him again for future projects

The only positive part of the experience was the price competitiveness by JM Construction. We hired them for a large project (remodeling 4 bathrooms) and maybe the project proved to be too much for them. Between the erratic work schedule (work 2 days, then not return for a week), and his inability to schedule subcontractors other than for a Saturday or Sunday, or both, resulted in the project taking almost 2 months to complete. In addition, certain parts of the project had to be fixed due to basic errors being made by Joe and his subcontractors. We had a clear picture of how we wanted each bathroom to look and many times we were given the response "I usually do not do it this way" or "it's going to take more time doing it that way". We do not know if there were other reasons for battling us, the customers, on getting this project completed within the picture we outlined for Joe, but we would say that we will not be using Joe in the future and we would caution any of our friends if they ask us about our experience.

Since the start of the job, the customer changed the scope of work multiple times had many buried structural issues and ordered their own materials which caused multiple delays and made the job take longer and my workers could not continue with projects and had to wait days between while the customer took it upon themselves to do parts of the project that we're not ready to be completed And normally done after other parts are completed I went above and beyond to complete the project on there designated time As a customer said had all my guys working weekends and every day possible to complete.
